Initial Examination
Your dentist will begin by looking over your medical and dental history and completing a dental exam.
Your exam will involve an examination of your gums, teeth, bite and jaw, an oral cancer screening and any required X-rays.
Treatment Plan
Based on your history and examination, your dentist will develop a long-term dental treatment plan for you.
Your dentist will also dedicate time to answer any questions you have about your dental health and treatment options.
Insurance & Payment
At Sudbury Dental Group, we'll help you navigate our options for payment and direct billing to insurance companies so you can focus on getting the dental care you need.
Direct Billing
We offer direct billing for most insurance plans. For your convenience, we can submit your insurance claim electronically, resulting in faster reimbursement, without the need for paper forms and signatures.
Our administrative team can assist you in understanding your insurance plan better and send estimates to your insurance company before starting any major treatments.
Please bring your insurance plan information to your appointment.
Payment Methods
Co-pays or costs not covered by your insurance must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit or most major credit cards.
